I think professional is out the window as soon as the TWU arrives on the scene!

Couldn't agree with you more Cooper! It seems I posted something to that affect just yesterday in respnse to our dear beloved Informer.

So, sticking to the issue of this thread, anyone have any idea as to whom will be on the "debate team" (either side)?

That is a good question from what I have been reading in the passed around literature, I am not sure that there will be a debate on Thursday or Saturday.

sometimes people say they are not going to something and then they actually show up, so I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens on both days.

It may just end up being two informational meeting.

I guess none of that literature came my way. Haven't seen or heard anything yet. It should be interesting though. Just hope we can all be civil this time! I've been thinkng about who might be on the "panel". I've got some idea who it could be but not for sure. Anyone you'd like to see "duke" it out up there??!! 😀

I apologize, my mistake.

Dennis Burchette would NOT qualify as RANK-and-FILE, and therefore could not be part of the panel.

According the TWU International Letterhead, he sits on the TWU Executive Council.

The TWU invitation specifically stated three rank-and-file members.

Sorry for the error, I guess it was another one of those nasty rumors.

Given the above definition, how can we have "rank-and-file leaders", that appears to be an oxy-moron?

The TWU and their 20 Years of Industry Leading Concessions has been leaving an impression on both my thinking and my wallet for sometime now.
