I'm working for DL right now, thinking about going ewr and work for CO. I've heard its real nice. hangars, pay, benefits etc...Do you think they will hire during the next couple of months? The reason I ask is because of all this merger crap talk that I hear day in and day out.

Hey we are not spared of that rumor crap talk either. We get our share of it too. CO is not the best place to work, but its not the worst. Do your homework before you make a move(Pay,Seniorty, base, etc.) Then you make the call. Good Luck.

Maintenance at DL is rotating shift which I don't really like to much. What are the shifts and hours like at CO? Is top out in 5 years or is it 9 years like DL?
