Here is the deal. Skip to 1:20. make sure you are sitting down and not drinking any thing (it will come out of our nose). I was hoping it was done on April 1 as a joke but it appears from the time stamp it was on Mar 25th so it is official. Georgia has elected the dumbest person on the planet to Congress. Guam capsize? Are you freaking serious?

If you go to his web site he says this:

"The subtle humor of this obviously metaphorical reference to a ship capsizing illustrated my concern about the impact of the planned military buildup on this small tropical island."

I suspect that really is what he meant to say but I have no idea how what he did say actually crossed his lips. No one can be that stupid as to think an island can capsize. Forest Gump would know it can't capsize. Hell, my cats know it can't capsize.

And he's part of the problem who's making decisions that affects us all (Obamacare). Gotta love it if it wasn't so sad.
