This is simple. As a "Gold" memeber of America West's FF program, I can say hands down that although I love HP, the service to the islands on Hawaiian is exceptional no matter which cabin you are in. Mark Dunkerly and his team have it right. I frequently avoid HP on the PHX-HNL route and use HA instead. Nice all around and the planes are not weight restricted because of the Pineapple Express winds. I really like the mid-afternoon departure from HNL to PHX. - Thanks Hawaiian.
