The iam tried to screw Eastern mechanics out their seniority but alas justice is served.

This case makes me wonder about all those on the company/twu list that were screwed out of recall. I suppose the injury starts when and if they are allowed to stay on the list because right now we do not know if they should have been recalled or not.

United States court of appeals for the second circuit

It may just take a trial by jury to decide if those on the recall list have Democratic rights. The attempt in this case by the industrial union mentality to suppress the members rights appears to be a common practice.

Hey Rusty I talked to an ex TWA mechanic from ORD last week who said there is a class action lawsuit being looked at by him and 5 mechanics who worked for and were by passed for recall at TWA. I told him I would mail him my copy of his other co-workers mailing addresses who we found in our research of AA's list. That's a scary thought because all six of those guys were laid off over ten years ago and were toped out mechanics. Not as scary as TWA or AA getting away with screwing there workers over though. <_< One of the guys said he worked for Eastern Air before TWA that guy has been screwed to many times already. There are Quite a few native AAers who fall in that category. It would be great if these guy's through the help of the native AAers can hold TWU and IAM responsible for there lack of representation.

There are tons of people on the list that thought or possibly just assumed they refused recall that were actually bypassed and may be entitled to more than I care to imagine. AA and the twu have temporarily gold stamped these individuals and the NMB might certify it with a government seal of approval.

Hey Rusty I am going to have to call these people and ask them before I forward their names address and phone numbers to these people. There are Quite a few names. You want to give me a hand next week end? This one poor guy said he keeps calling the Twu hall in KC and they won’t even talk to him. He will be happy to here about this.

I will be there Mark, I wonder if those people want the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the hundreds of other people that were possibly injured and may have not realized it yet?

cio, what do you think? Should they get their full seniority and what ever else is coming to them because they did not realize they were bypassed? Have all these people been intentionally bypassed or was it just a lack of communication? Perhaps you could explain all this a little better, I know you would want to ensure their rights as union members and to make sure those rights have not been violated, right?

Hey Nightwatch what do you tell these guys when they call and ask why their names are not on the recall list and why they have been bypassed? Do you give them the same excuse as the Mechanics in KC. I have been told when the TWscrew contract has been violated by the company and one of your members come to the Twscrew to greave it, that you tell them if we pursue this AA will close the maintaince base. I was told by Mr. Little and Mr. Hall that part of the reason we gave up so much in concessions was to guarantee the base to stay open. Surely they got that in writing before they gave away our pay and benefit. They are according to you just as qualified to negotiate for us as any professional. The Board has determined that the single craft or class of Airline Mechanics, Ground Service, Plant Maintenance, and Fleet Service Personnel is no longer a proper craft or class at either American or TWA-LLC. The proper crafts or classes are Mechanics and Related Employees, and Fleet Service Employees. 29 NMB 240, 251 NO VOTE  NO PEACE!!!!

I do not answer the phone for the TWU..try calling them and asking them your questions. I do believe we have had arbitration hearings heard from MCIE...and the base is not closed. Do you really believe some of the crap you type?

You know, you do bring up another point here NightWatch, the "arbitration hearing" for the TWA people. How is that going and what does it mean for you guys in MCIE???

Nightwatch I know better than to call the TWU hall and ask a question like that. I called the mechanics working there and a lot of ones that are suppose to be working there who are not. I know what TWU is telling them. I was just wondering if you had a clue what's going on there. You have made it perfectly clear you do not. Sorry to bother you can stick your head back in the sand now.

Rusty and Mark you are right. I would bet the TWU and American Airlines didn't even think about what they where getting themselves into when they decided collectively, I'm sure, to falsifiing the elligibility list of eligable voters to bring a vote for AMFA. After reading the ruling in the Eastern case I'm sure these unfortunate people will be entiteled to quite a large sum of compensation.
THANKS FOR UNCOVERING THE FACTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHERE ARE ALL YOU TWU SUPPORTERS(BASTERDS) AT, IS THIS SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVEN'T THOUGHT ABOUT AND DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT? IT'S OK YOU CAN COME OUT OF THE CLOSET! AMFA WILL SUPPORT YOU, WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER, HAVEN'T FIGURED THIS OUT YET?

Smoke Another One
Employer: ATA
I do believe that ATA is in Dire Straights and will be down the tubes by this time next year. But I am not giving them anything voluntarily. I have given this company enough. 3 year pay freeze, furlough, my sanity, blood, sweat and tears. Fellow Brothers I am finished with the "Donations". Upper Management has made their bed. They brought John Tague back a second time. They gave him the Visa Gold Card with Boeing. Now we can't afford the airplanes. All Upper Management Decisions. I mean give me a break, their decisions. 27 Vice Presidents, Lear Jets, Helicopters, 2 Yachts. etc. etc. Lets let the yacht crews give up their sick days. Mark my words When ATA wants something they will take it, they don't need our handouts. We will all be giving up something in OCT/ NOV time frame. Yes I like my employment just like the next guy and it will suck when ATA is gone the way of the Jaybird. But all things were meant to be, and I highly doubt that 700 Fellow Brother's Sick Days will change the Inevitability of our demise. Besides, "HISTORY HAS A WAY OF REPEATING ITSELF". Especially in the Airline Industry.

Smoke another one. You talk about the company being in dire straights. What about the organization that represents you? AMFA! They have been in negotiations for the last couple of years. What have they gotten you? Nothing. When was the last time you or any other members were at the OPEN NEGATIONS? Is AMFA going to get you more money? $40.00 per hour. Are you one of the fools that are paying your money to McCormick and Delle? If I were you people I would tell my AMFA organizers I am not pay one more red cent until I get a contract/ raise and befit increase. MY FIRST CONTRACT. Save your money. It sounds like you will need the money for your family. Please don’t give me the crap about we have to carry our weight. The company is not carrying theirs. AMFA is not carrying theirs. But you’re going to keep pay dues without any representation. No wondering why Tague and Delle are dragging their feet with suckers like you guys on the line there is no incentive to work for you. Buy the way how much are dues at ATA? When you done smoking another at ATA maybe you can move onto Delle.
