Dues structure is set at the TWU Constitutional Convention. At which the aircraft mechanic is dominated by Bus Drivers, and Fleet Service Clerks.

Not to mention, the whole process would put the Dictator in IRAQ to shame.

Hell, lets threaten the clerical staff with Bankruptcy and see if they will volunteer to bend over. If they dont, wait ''till the Judge cancels their contract.
