A major emphasis of Mike's work has been in the area of employee participation where he has worked with joint union/management clients such as Goodyear and the United rubber Workers, the FAA and PASS, Northern Indiana Public Service and the United Steelworkers of America. Mike worked with these and other clients to develop organizational change strategies, support leadership groups in implementing strategic changes, and trained hundreds of managers, union members and employees in group problem solving and decision making processes.
Much of Mike's efforts are focused on providing consulting, facilitation, survey / assessment design, and training in the areas of collaborative teams, customer service, training development, leadership development, recruiting and outplacement training, sociotechnical analysis and work redesign, and team building.
