UAL Fuel question

Flew UAL LKN-DIA and experienced a long delay for fuel. The Capt. was very apologetic and announced that they were having problems with the fuel truck. However, we noticed that other gates had no trouble with fuel trucks. Are vendors now requiring UAL to prepay because of CH. 11? I''ve never seen anything like that before...

Yea they dont take any more of ual's bogus promises.They should have
enough money though after they cash in your b-plan,
