Been trying to call the 800-UAL-LIST number all day. After the initial automated prompts, it goes to a busy signal. Anyone know what is going on.
(Not that it probably has anything to do with being unable to get through, but does anyone know where those calls are routed. IFAIK, it's an outsourced, off-shore call center. The reps there are always nice and usually very helpful. Only gripe is that they won't say how many seats are actually open, probably a policy thing)
