If the military brass can take orders from a neophite like Obama, who had never hired a single person or been in charge of a business, then I'm sure they'll have no problems with someone like Trump who has definitely hired and fired people.
I will admit that I didn't expect Trump to make it past the first couple primaries. He did. It's no longer a sideshow.
Dozens of pundits and pollsters have been proven wrong because they approach Trump as a typical politician. He's proving all of them wrong.
I think it's more likely that Bernie supports stay home or vote for Trump than it would be for Cruz/Kasich/Rubio voters to stay home or vote for Hillary.
There is some truth to what you say Eric (remembering all these years that I've disagreed with you a majority of the time,...B U T...never saying that you were not very intelligent ), but putting Trumps thumb on the NUCLEAR BUTTON is about the same as putting Palin's thumb on it.
As for Bernie, I fully expect he'll direct his minions to ' do the right thing ' !
(whether or not they do, is to be seen).
This election (I'm thinking) could very well depend on WHO the VP choices are !
At the end of the day, at this point in my life, whoever gets in wont change a thing for me, EXCEPT Foreign Policy !! I can't, and I doubt you can't either, count on one hand, enough guys WHO you'd want on the " N " Button. For your side, Lindsay Graham comes to mind, and on my side, Joe Biden certainly comes to mind, who's hand we want near the BUTTON. (which is why I was VERY CONCERNED about Obama(as far as the ' N ' button was concerned, until he chose Joe B.) The 'Button Job' is NOT a job for ANY Amateur. !
