I dont know if you guys ever used Wikipedia, but it is one of the most useful websites ever. I did a google search the other day and I THOUGHT I was on Wikipedia, but what I was reading was complete nonsense. I was reading an article on UN Cyclopedia, which is a mockery of Wikipedia. It allows you to just create anything, and put anything you want there. it is like those mad libs games we played in the 80s. Read some of these, you'll laugh...

Cactus, that is just too damn funny dude!!!!

UT...I have to disagree with ya about France...

Hygiene: Ha ha!, Yeah, right! France is known to some as the smelliest place on earth. This is the country that developed perfume, just so they wouldn't have to use soap! Go to any train station in France and you'll find that every other person smells like horse #### fried in a vat of piss. The other half involve a smell that will just be called "eau de latrine".

That is some Factual sh!t!

This piece was the funniest I think...

Boeing 737 - The all new Boeing 737-3000 is a all new jet with a greater range than all the previous 737's. The turbine jet engines are being replaced by 4 all new Fiat 500 engines (slightly tuned). Because of these new engines the 737 can fly at an altitude of 200+ feet with a cruise speed of around 12 Knots. With its fuel capacity it can carry almost 3 passengers (along with 2 pilots and 5 flight attendants)around the world without refueling! Unfortunately this is only a prototype and will never be sold. Pictures are not available yet.

LOL

It’s interesting that you mention Wikipedia as “one of the most useful websites everâ€￾. Both Wikipedia and Un-Cyclopedia are sites that can be fully edited by anyone on the internet. Because of this fact I always exercise caution when using Wikipedia as an absolute authority on any subject.

There are literally thousands of edits to Wikipedia information every day! So who is editing information of Wikipedia? I think you would be very surprised who is doing the edits and the reasons behind their edits. Some Wikipedia information is edited to correct obvious mistake and other edits are made to mock, intimidate and disparage something or someone. Some edits are just down right hilarious. To see edited information posted to Wikipedia go to this website http://wired.reddit.com/wikidgame#top.

Check out this Wikipedia edit of Barack Obama here: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=p...;oldid=96727639 .

Wikipedia Scanner is the brainchild of Cal Tech computation and neural-systems graduate student Virgil Griffith. His website offers users a searchable database that ties millions of anonymous Wikipedia edits to organizations where those edits apparently originated, by cross-referencing the edits with data on who owns the associated block of internet IP addresses. For anyone who may be interested in searching his website you can find it here http://wikiscanner.virgil.gr/

On a totally different topic, I think it would be hilarious to start a new thread named “Slang Word Associationâ€￾ using only single words from the website http://www.urbandictionary.com/. Check it out and see if it could pass moderator muster.
