What if there is a strike and I need to work?
The union can legally fine members who return to work during a strike. Non-members cannot be fined or threatened under the law, but unions have been found guilty of doing so anyway.

Well first off I'd have to question a website that claims to be "accurate" but can't even spell "AMFA" correctly.

Second, just when were they planning on updating that site?

6 of the 10 officers you "cut and pasted" aren't even serving any longer.

Oh, and of the WHOPPING 2 allegations against AMFA, 1 is misplaced from another union, it has nothing to do with AMFA, and the other.........why not tell the whole story and share the outcome of that allegation?

Also AMFA and its members are not covered under the NLRA, they are under the RLA, so NLRA charges cannot be brought against AMFA nor United.

So when did $139K become something shameful? This man has been working to get a mechanics only union started as far back as when he was in PIA training to be a mechanic in the late 60's. AND if you knew Kevin Wildermuth you would know that he probably took a cut in pay. Any mechanic at nwa that worked the overtime he did could clear $100K easily.
If your trying to get the "Union Mechanics" on this BB angry then you're going to have to walk a mile in our shoes Moron. Tell you what...post the salaries of the AFL-CIO leadership. How about the IAM leadership? Find out what the salary of the yahoo that runs the watchdog group that put your article together. Then we can talk.. :huh:
