MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- United Airlines is dropping an Indian customer call center that took compliments or complaints after a flight, telling customers to send a letter or e-mail instead.

Using e-mail is much cheaper.
All you have to do is route it to a single folder and then delete/empty when it gets full.
I would bet complaints out number compliments by at least 3-1.
