I know little about 767's but I would assume this is the exterior slide from behind one of the wings and of course not an interior slide from one of the doors.
Still a little baffled that it still fell from sky. That's a lot of weight falling from the sky, thank goodness no one was hit by it and it was only a house that got damaged.
