United Spreads Its wings in Houston

They also opened a new office complex in downtown Houston about 18 months ago. Seems they still do a bunch of IT and other functions from there.

The office complex may be the former Continental corporate offices. I know that at one point, Continental occupied almost all of one of the downtown skyscrapers. Maybe they have a long-term lease on the space and just decided it was easier to use it than buy their way out of it.

I think that they should improve they customers service, in my humble opinion. Every business class travel should be on highest level of service, don't you think? I've discovered recently an online platform called AirBusinessClass Travel, so long story short they suggest you the cheapest tickets than any other service alike thmem.
