Since last night....unfortunate and perhaps suspicious timing considering the swirl of information and opinions being posted about LOA #91.

I was on the "nonsegregated" board late this morning - it seemed to be working ok.

You might want to explore other causes - I was just on both boards (active only and everyone) and they were fine. Or do you mean the national board? I almost never go there.

I've been on and off of it throughout the day and all seems ok except for the dial-up webcast link for letter 91.

Lots of valid points on both sides of this, and I'm still undecided.
