Fares Drop as Much as 73 Percent
TEMPE, Ariz., Aug. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- US Airways (NYSE: LCC) is lowering fares by as much as 73 percent to 24 cities from Huntsville, Alabama, as the airline continues the popular fare reductions it set in motion in East Coast markets late last year. With this change, US Airways has lowered its fares in over 100 markets this year and introduced its customer-friendly pricing structure system-wide with the elimination of the Saturday night stay requirement.
