Pretty sad considering Xmas/New Years and MLK holidays accounted for at least 7 days worth of "busy"travel. Averages out to 93 mil a day, 1/2 mil less and 16 percent less than last Jan 2002.

Ya think a 20-40 percent daily calls abandoned rate have anything to do with it?
