My guess is since it does not mention needing Goverment Approval, we must have it. I know last year we tried for PHL-LRM (if I remember the airport code) but didn't not pony up enough cash to the Dominican Goverment. Teeth of the Dog is one of the nicest golf courses you will ever play.
