usa320: if the phl reps are sparring over this ta and think that they could get a better deal with a judge, i wouldnt bet anything on it because as the judge has clearly said he will not see usair liquidate. he will do what is best. he has even went as far as expressing a bit of concern about the financial problem and the bankrupts and foreclosures a number of the employees are going to experience.
just look at the mainline express cities to see how we are coping. if youre in my city hey stop by the ops and talk to us about how difficult it is hard for us to survive, especially for the ones who have kids and mortages. it is better to let the ta go thru then to have a judge grant it cause it wont be pretty

actually, i think pitbull has really done a good job recently and her response is appropriate and understandable. i have to agree with cav on this one--i think she has toned it down and is conducting herself very well. She is passionate and no dummy. She is focused and determined.
