I was always for DOH with conditions and restrictions, but after this I think straight DOH is really the only fair way. LOL Start raising more money with those badge backers. That lottery ticket is slipping away and getting more expensive to try to hold on to.

USAPA NEWS FLASH!!!!!!!

The Ninth Circuit has ruled in USAPA’s favor in the Addington case on ripeness grounds. The case has been remanded to Judge Wake with instructions to dismiss the case. The ruling is being reviewed by Legal now; more information will follow.

Hope you guys didn't spend all that money, you thought you would get on the damages. You might try getting good legal representation instead of listening to a bunch of pilot wannabe a lawyer types! MM! Hey you were sold a bill of goods and you ask where is the risk?

Don't celebrate too quickly. Your new Union "USAPA" victory party has netted you nothing. No contract. No DOH. No Pay Raise.

Ripeness is just a matter of time. How much time do you have before 65? 62.5? or worse, you cannot hold a medical? USAPA is failing you daily and will continue to do so.

You already lost based on the DFR. Now sent back for ripeness. Just push the knife in a little (DFR) and find yourself back in this mess.

IOW, Dont cash YOUR Lottery ticket, Usapa. Binding Arbitration. You Agreed to it.

As people have said, the east can live with LOA 93 and ride the wave of our retirements coming up. Will result in a net increase in pay for everyone involved...

Wow... Didn't see that coming but then I am no legal scholar. Well, here's to getting this airline put together. I need my job back guys. Funny thing is I would still be employed if DOH went through in the first place... Ain't that the DELETED BY MODERATOR

Sent back, awaiting for USAPA to violate and recommit a DFR by changing the NIC award.

It's only a matter of time.

P.S. Thanks for keeping your post to one sentence. It's much easier to decipher your Pidgin.
No sweat I knew you would have trouble with it if it were any longer. MM

If you've been keeping track, If LOA 93 is won, there isn't THAT great of a need for a contract. We'll have our pay raises, and ride the retirements for even greater income. So for the pilots, even with or without nic involved, there wouldn't be a need to vote in a contract for a few years. The sr guys would be happy with restoration of alot of their pay, the only goup I could see unhappy would be those on the west coast that still wouldn't be able to bid PHX, but then they shouldn't be able to any ways.

Wrong again.

Mike Cleary is old news.

Something a little more interesting. The waste of money MDA suit is dead.

The plaintiffs (MDA) were ordered to file on the defendants (ALPA) opposition papers by June 2, 2010. Today is June 3, 2010 but no papers filed. I guess they decided to drop the suit or could not afford to file. Either way they missed the deadline.

So much for the dream of $175,000,000.00. Because we know this suit was not going to change the Nicolau award.

I will be fun to watch the scramble for the next straw to grab to avoid the Nicolau and a contract.
