My Dad was on 722 just PHL-DUB on 1/17 and Flightaware showed it as a 762. It also shows it as a 762 on 1/18, while all the other days in the history are shown as 752 so it's not a flightaware.com glitch.
Also, Dad called me and said they moved 722 from A4 (A-East ETOPS 752 dept gates) to A22 which is a full widebody gate so it does make sense.
However, USAirways.com shows a 752 and the seat map is the 2-2 in Envoy/3-3 in Coach so I don't know what's going on.
Can anyone please tell me what a/c type flew 722 (just the PHL-DUB) portion on January 17, 2008. I know I could just ask him, but Dad doesn't really pay attention to it. For what it's worth he came in to PHL on 886 (a 767) and when I asked him what a/c type he was on when he got in to Philly, he said it was a really big Embraer 190!
FYI, the plane that took him to DUB is US723 DUB-PHL today, 1-18-2008. It also lists as a 762 but it's too late to get a seat map!
