The problem is in inefficiencies in employee (ALL) output, and not in the wages /vacation /health /retirement benefits.
As I see it;

we have too many supervisors/managers that all they do is approve swaps, update workbrain (timesheets) or go arround with the vacation roster , they gat paid 70k + yr
their job can be done by leads or a part time secretary for a fraction.

we do not need 2 headquaters (crystal park and clt) one must go and should be crystal park.

i believe we have to many pres,vp,directors, most have no clue about managing money much less how to make money.

all employees (ALL) should be utilized in a much productive way

CUT THE FAT AND REINSTATE THE WAGES AND ALL BENEFITS

AND WE WILL HAVE A GROUP WITH LOW COST STRUCTURE (50%) less head count
DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE PRODUCTION (same # of a/c production vs cost= earnings
WITH A VERY HAPPY WORK FORCE.

There is not headquartes in CLT.

There are the airport offices, training center and maintenance centers.

I agree that when they have the time and money they need to centalize all headquarters and training facilities, CLT seems to be the best place. North Carolina would be hapy to have it and it is the largest hub, and therefore accessible from more places.

Maybe if everyone running the place was in the same state things would be a little more organized and consistent.

Let's see what Emily says:

I felt a funeral in my brain,
And mourners, to and fro,
Kept treading, treading, till it seemed
That sense was breaking through.

And when they all were seated,
A service like a drum
Kept beating, beating, till I thought
My mind was going numb.

And then I heard them lift a box,
And creak across my soul
With those same boots of lead, again.
Then space began to toll

As all the heavens were a bell,
And Being but an ear,
And I and silence some strange race,
Wrecked, solitary, here.
