Mike Boyd mostly does traffic forecasting and consulting for airports like Duluth and Hibbing who need government grants to attract new subsidized service... What makes him an expert on outsourcing all of the sudden?

I don't know Boyd or much about the group ,but he seems to be telling it like it is on all issues...not just maint issues.I believe he is also consulting for DFW airport now? Read it somewhere.
