Usually NW board doesn't get trip reports / reviews on here so I thought I would write a brief comment or two: great job NW crews all around. Agent working the check in counter in DCA = awesome. Gate agents working that evening = very professional. Fligth crew = great. Bag arrived on luggage belt at same time as I arrived there
