Looking at the route map, there is also new DAY-MCO sat. service, in addition to the BMI-MCO Sat. service. Funny, but MKE-FLL isn't on there.

Looks like MKE-FLL is not going to happen. Only about a week after the first announcement, Midwest Express announced daily year-round service on FLL-MKE starting around the same time as FL was supposed to start. Previously the service had been weekend and winter only.
