It is now the 9th of the month and nearly every other carrier has posted their Dec 2012 (and end of year) traffic reports, but AA has not.
So far, DL and US both posted about 4% RASM improvement for Dec, UA was about 2.5% up, and WN was flat.
Most notable is that UA has had negative RASM growth for several months but has now reversed it in Dec.

Where is AA's report and what can we expect to see from them?

Almost every month since AA filed its Ch 11 petition, its monthly traffic reports have been released much later than before it filed. Prior to the bankruptcy filing, AA generally released its monthly traffic reports by the third or fourth of the month (except, of course, where the first day of the month fell on a Saturday or Sunday - and then the reports generally showed up by the fifth or sixth day of the month). Since the Ch 11 filing, the traffic reports have been released later. Dunno why.

On the flip side, its monthly financial reports have been filed with the court on a fairly timely basis and its quarterly (and annual) SEC filings have been filed much earlier than before the bankruptcy filing.

looks like AA has reported now.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/amr-corporation-reports-december-2012-220900146.html

For December, AA's traffic was up a couple percent on a couple percent more capacity for a flat load factor.

For the year, AA's traffic was flat on 1% less capacity with the majority of capacity coming out of domestic mainline.

AA's RASM for Dec was up 1.6% which was below the other network carriers but above WN.

The industry story for Dec is that UA is accelerating capacity cuts and pushing RASM positive after months of negative RASM which is allowing AA to keep capacity in the system and still see small RASM gains, even if they are below other carriers.

AA's reduction in Caribbean flying from both JFK and SJU should help pull out lower performing capacity by the middle of the year.
