As we continue the 'Race to The Bottom' I am curious as to the mindset of
'at least we have a job' mentality.

What will it take to make people understand that a continuous capitulation of pay and benefits will only lead to more capitulation?

For all of you 'intellectual' and 'individual' thinkers, look at where you are and how you got there!!!

If you are so inclined to believe that 8 hour days and 40 hour work weeks were handed out by the graceful omnipotence of your employer, 'THINK AGAIN'!!!

And the amfa saves what? Nothing, Zilch, Nada! The amfa doesn't do anything. NWA and UAL's management walk on the amfa as if it were a door mat and will continue to do so. The amfa has demonstrated only how truly ineffective they are and nothing more. Aproximately thirty eight percent of amfa represented workers are layed off. Thrity eight percent.
