Wholly-Owned Defense Fund

Has anyone heard anything about something called the Wholly-Owned Defense Fund? Something about a duty of fair reprensation suit againt ALPA.

You may be thinking about the RJ Defense Coalition which is an action by the Comair and ASA pilots. I've heard that this is something else, brand new, concerning the US Airways wholly-owneds, but I dont have the full story.
