This post is soooo funny and very TRUE. Light Years...you slay me. Wolfgang is annoying and LOUD!!!! But Pax's are buying. We actually ran out both times on our LAS 757/200 flights the other day and people were pissed. Our B F/A made an announcement to the pax's not to KILL her if she didn't have enough food tofeed them all. No offense to her...but she sounded just like Wolfgang. 
F/Class is back to cooking and plating and F/C Pax's hate the roast beef sandwich. Had 3 pax's get mad at the "A" and were going to write letters. The dressing for the Wolfgang salad is "mustard" YUK. The Pax's receipt is a very small perforated piece on the side you tear off. Very unnoticible and says nothing of what the receipt is for...it just says "this is a reciept" You could put any amount there you wanted...it looks very generic. The little $5 snack boxes require some heavy duty Jaws to bite through the bread but you do get oreo cookies 
Actually the tomato, basil and bluecheese soup is the hottest thing on the Menu.

FYI for those PAX's out there. The Wolfgang Salad has not lettuce in it. It is a combination of shredded cabbage with shredded carrots with "mustard" dressing. :down:
