How on earth would visiting some city which has a law on the books such as FLL give one a better understanding of the law?  This is not a complex concept (perhaps it is for you, I don't know).  It s a simple law preventing people from doling out food.  It has nothing to do with food safety and it has nothing to do with people hating Christians. 

 
Perhaps you going there would give yo a better understanding of why cities are implementing laws like this.
