" Herman Cain officially kicks off 2012 presidential race ! "

"People who say that Herman Cain has no chance of winning the nomination for the Republican Party or win the presidency -- I simply say thank you," he said. "Because all my life I have been in situations where I wasn't supposed to become VP of Pillsbury, I wasn't supposed to be able to turn Godfather's Pizza around. I wasn't supposed to succeed in climbing the corporate ladder in corporate America. So to the people who say I don't have a chance, I say: Thank you. Because that inspires me."

I have the pleasure of listening to this man, when he fills in for Neal Boortz, in the Atl. area .

Be afraid "Libs"...................be very afraid !

Does this mean we on the right get to use that default response the left used for people that were opposed to Obama?

R A C I S T !

Given that W Bush won twice, Obama won and Palin was selected as VP on the republican ticket I would think a pet rock could win the election.

He hasn't declared a party yet. Doesn't matter to me as long as I can be campaign Treasurer.

Herman Cain, the former CEO,and the Man who Brought Down HillaryCare

NEWSWEEK - September 19, 1994
The Clintons would later blame "Harry and Louise," the fictional couple in the ads aired by the insurance industry, for undermining health reform. But the real saboteurs are named Herman and John. Herman Cain is the president of Godfather's Pizza and president-elect of the National Restaurant Association. An articulate black entrepreneur, Cain transformed the debate when he challenged Clinton at a town meeting in Kansas City, Mo., last April. Cain asked the president what he was supposed to say to the workers he would have to lay off because of the cost of the "employer mandate." Clinton responded that there would be plenty of subsidies for small businessmen, but Cain persisted. "Quite honestly, your calculation is inaccurate," he told the president. "In the competitive marketplace it simply doesn't work that way."

The switchboard at Godfather's was lit up with supportive calls. It was as if the small business community -- a very large and politically powerful group -- had been told to march on Washington. Cain, said Larry Neal, an aide to Sen. Phil Gramm, "was the lightning rod."
