A Question for Spirit F/As

I'm curious about your inflight service. I know you
must have a minimum of 3 F/As on the A-319 and 4 on
the A-321 but do you add extras when you have a long-
haul meal service?
Also what do your Spirit Plus meals usually consist of?
I have to add that your livery is truly eyecatching.
My airline ONLY uses extra staff to Europe where
we need foreign language speakers.
