The Seattle bound flight is an 83 equiped with an aux center fuel tank.. The tank is located in a pressurized area of the mid cargo.. The bulkhead feedthru have a rubber diaphram that seals the fuel lines and affiliated wiring to the unpressurized area.. The rubber let go and the aeroplane could not maintain pressurization.. It was not a dump but a gradual oh chit...
