AA IN A NUTSHELL!

the author was very casual about the word 'reorganizing', just like taking a sip of coffee.

that sip of coffee cost everyone here hundreds of thousands of dollars.

as far as the rest, all stuff asked by us. too much RJ flying and the intl. strategy out of jfk/bos.

enjoyed the point that delta generates as much revenue as aa, while having fewer flights. too much RJ service. also, the RJs don't have enough premium seats and are fuel inefficient...which negates aa's bragging about it's youngest mainline fleet.

Maybe a change of direction or leadership is warranted?

could be, but we know that's not going to happen just because the assoc. is angry at them.

the BOD? these people are all back-slaps and brother-in-law dealings. they sit on each others' boards.

somehow, the assoc. has to move this to a place where the company is vulnerable. it's profits and future greater profits.

during negotiations, the company was not vulnerable at all. in mediation, the company is not vulnerable at all. at all times, the assoc. was vulnerable.

where can the company and the assoc., both be vulnerable?

The BOD better stop the back slapping and move on to some "back of the head" slapping.
When Spirit moves ahead of both AA and Frontier how does that look for future bookings?
This has got to be embarrassing to say the least. The question is, will the BOD step up or will they just continue the good ole brother in law tactics of continued patting on the back???

Spirit ranks sky high beating American and Frontier Airlines
For some time, Spirit Airlines was ranked as one of the worst airlines in America. However, based on the 2019 Airline Quality

That's a sad story from what American was. Someone in headquarters needs to be fired, to let Spirit that nickels and dimes their customers to death pass American in quality.

Could it be that the poll was taken the wrong way? I would never think that Spirit would ever move ahead of AA in quality. Wow!
