American Chief Takes Blame on China Failure

Instead of simply withdrawing an application that was bound to be a loser, Arpey the childish tried to pin it on the APA - and ended up looking like an idiot in the process. Ultimately the application was withdrawn - as expected.
There in lies a big problem with this company, they micro-manage every little thing, but if there is a problem, it's the workforces fault. ;)

I believe that is the ultimate goal in the Overland Resource Group experiment.

If the Union Leaders are involved in the "decision making", then they also take the blame for mistakes. Soon it will become union members against management and union leader management. This is a union busting scheme for all it's worth.

I agree with the post that stated the only mistake was the management bonuses, the APA has a proven track record of "working with the company" on items that are win/win. In this instance, while it was in APA interest to make adjustments for the application, the bonus payouts were considered over the top and "working together" ceased.

Now, the Bonus Rich executives have set in motion a more likely melt down in all labor negotiations.

Arpey, is still in complete denial about what the real issue is and claiming a mistake defined like this has done nothing but fan the flames even higher.
