We were discussing this at Break yesterday, (Arbitration of Article 3 (E)).

Can anyone out there shed some light on the length of time until a decision will be made?

We have heard they are now in the process of choosing the Arbiters.

It is awaiting to be heard in the Review Board Step of the Grievance Procedure, after that it goes to Arbitration.

On break we wre discussing the Bill of Rights. Damn. I wish we didn't have so many breaks. These anti-consitutionalists want to bring slavery back.

I got the info about review board from Tony G and Tommy R, the review board will deadlock and then move to arbitration.
