With more and more mergers getting active, should SWA make a move to remain competitive?
JetBlue wants to buy Spirit after getting shut down for the AA deal.
Now Alaska wants to purchase Hawaiian Airlines after pulling away from another.
Now, Frontier, Sun Country and even Allegiant. With Allegiant being an ULCC pretty sure the gov won't let that happen if SWA started looking for a new purchase.
However, out of the two remaining I see Frontier as the best option. As it would instantly help with the growth at Denver.

Here's where AMFA posted the news yesterday:

ALASKA AIRLINES PURCHASE OF HAWAIIAN AIRLINES
December 3, 2023 -- Today, Alaska Airlines announced it had reached an agreement to purchase Hawaiian Airlines in a cash transaction valued at $1.9 billion. According to news reports, Alaska will continue to operate Hawaiian as an independent brand and airline within the Alaska Air Group. News reports further indicate current Alaska Airlines CEO Ben Minicucci will lead the combined carrier.

This doesn’t belong here.

How many threads do you need on the same topic?

This has zero to do with WN?

What’s wrong with you?

Hes a company tool, its part of the agreement from the 7 years of negotiations scamfa made. Eventually the low cost carrier outsourced the crap and work the dog crap of their mechanics. Thus the only one who remains after the fact, are bootlickers, those sob who will scab or walk on another mans bread.

So this loser goes on forums and post about his contract when everyone knows its the crappiest in the industry. Don't kid yourself and you got no objectionable response. I can compare contracts and make your comebacks look like dog shi!. Loser low cost, no class, retarded, cool aid drinking boot licker.

P.S. any company that attempts to drag crap on for 7 years is not worth working for. Thats record will never be beaten again. If you haven't realized that by now, eventually all the people there will on your next contract. Its the same scammers in the executive seat.

Compare any mainline of the same fleet size, compare the amount of mechanics and jobs. And then look at yourself after 20 years. SW is the worst outcome of all of them. No layoffs my ass, most died or quit before reaching that. All the easy jobs got shipped to El Salvador, while all the worst jobs goes to your low class mechanics haha.

Normally its suppose to work the other way around.
