BHT 222U Rotor Blade Tap Test for Voids??

I personally like to use a bungwrench myself. One good swing on the leading edge and you''ll hear the delaminations rumble thru the whole aircraft. They kind of sound like Elvis''s singing actually.

ooh, I had my resume all ready, and my bungwrench all polished up, but your attitude has me re-thinking my future plans as well. Numbnuts??? That''s not a professional way to greet a colleague.

I thought I got his (TDK''s) drift with his post, but you have totally confused me now.

So do you, or do you not do heavy maintenance when it''s required? Aside from a crash or incident requiring heavy maintenance, the only other ''heavy'' work where an aircraft remains serviceable must be scheduled inspections, so I hope those can be done ''regularly''.

I hope you can enlighten us without degrading us.....
