Here is a little hint,if you call res and hit the prompt asking you if you have a res and are ready to purchase,push that one,it will bring you into an agt in the USA.They will then transfer you to the proper Dept.Which will be in the US.If you push the prompt sayiny you want to make a new res.Its then the (unluck) of the draw you most likely will get MNL or MEX..Hope this helps.
