Hello All, last November I made a topic pertaining to the Customs Seal on the SIDA Badge, which I was denied. I guess I recently got some good news. CBP finally replied to me and told me that I could appeal their decision. In March a CBP officer wrote to me and told all I needed to do was supply them with certain paperwork. And that if they needed anything else they would contact me. Here it is now July, and I feel like its been an ample amount of time for them to make a decision or even keep me updated. I was wondering is anyone familiar with the appeal process. Or does anyone has any advice , or information that could help me out, I would really be appreciative of it.
