I don't have it, but if someone finds it, keep in mind we only handle animals (for passengers) 9 mos./year.
Back in the 80 & 90's we held the cargo handling contract for NW in BUF, I can't tell you how many times tropical fish would come in completely frozen, heat paks didn't do anything when the fish sat out on the ramp in DTW... Back then I believe NW did tail to tail xfers, is that still how it's done or does everything go to the freight house?

Good question. Fairly certain it's still tail to tail (at least in MSP, anyway), but don't hold me to it

I've just been wondering why everyone has managed to miss that, according to the article, has the highest RATE of animal deaths... all of these people also managed to miss the graph that was also on the original link that shows the rapid decline in animal incidents.
and apparently NW killed fish too... but I guess since they don't have fur coats, they're not people so they don't count.
