The "Cliff Notes" version:

First, a note. The numbers for US reflect both mainline & MDA, but not the W/O'ed or affiliates - they report the statistics to the DOT separately

On Time Arrivals (less than 14 minutes late) - 73.8% (#16 of 19)

On Time Arrivals at specific airports - US (all airlines)
Bos - 72.7% (75.9%)
CLT - 82.6% (81.9%)
DCA - 73.6% (78.0%)
FLL - 63.8% (70.1%)
LGA - 68.1% (63.1%)
PHL - 70.8% (71.0%)
PIT - 78.1% (78.8%)

US had 5 flights that arrived late over 80% of the time (over sked + 14 min late)

706 FLL-EWR
1798 DCA-DFW
1812 DCA-PWM
893 PHL-LAX

1.9% of US flights were late arriving at least 70% of the time (#16 of 19)

2.0% of US flights cancelled (#15 of 19)

#18 of 19 on mishandled bags (13.43/1000 passengers)

#16 of 19 in comsumer complaints - 1.04/100,000 enplanements.
 
Out of the Five flights Jim has listed, THREE are MDA with the other TWO being Mainline. And to eliminate Flight 706 from always being delayed, the COMPANY has chosen to ELIMINATE the flight as well as the market, EWR-FLL. Who cares it has over an 80%LF, who cares you no longer can fly U to numerous destinations. Management would rather the Passengers FLY CO or DL. PLEASE JUST CLOSE EWR ALREADY, you DO NOT care to make money anyway.
