Although it will help currently on long haul routes to compete with other airlines, especially overseas carriers who have superior entertainment for coach, I just hope that Delta doesn't go the route of Northwest and hold onto planes forever like the DC 9's. That's just embarrassing and customers will move to the airlines with the newer fleets if that happens.
