My neighbour has an integrated video card on his motherboard. I have an old Nvidia Ti500 I am giving him and would like to know if anyone knows how to disconnect the integrated card so that we can install this one.

Need some rennovations done and he 'just happens' to be a plumber ;)

You should be able to go into the BIOS and disable it. Mine had an onboard graphics chip, and when I installed a new vid card in my PC, it was automatically recognized. When I went into my BIOS the onboard had already been disabled. I got lucky I guess :D.

Hi Kyle, I guess you must run this site? I am new here, great site!!!

I did some time in college fixing computers. If you still need help, let me know please. You should be able to do what the other person said to do but I know of some other methods if that does not work.
