It's the reason why Southwest makes a profit every year...and why it's employees remain so loyal to it, and their customers....as opposed to Northwest's views on it's employees...Why Northwest has to monetarily rape it's employee's and abuse it's customers to make a profit....

When I joined my current company, the leadership (from Southwest, Delta, USAir) were looking to do things the right way. That was generally the Southwest Way. When asked what I could contribute I said, "I worked for Northwest, so I only know how they did it the wrong way, if I see you going in a nwa direction I'll let you know."
