Do any of you know how the training is done? They said that I would have to go to either PHL or CLT for a week.
Fleet Service 2 weeks training.
2 weeks at either PHL or CLT?
Excuse me? You want to say that to my face? I'll give you a free flight to where the sun doesn't shine.
I'd try and bid CLT if you could Friendlier people...southern charm...less hectic than Philthy...and when the sh!t hits the fan at CLT...it's managable...at PHL...if the #### hits...they'll just walk out(they being the inner city rampers)
Also, pay no attention to the jerks who replied, they obviously are trolls.

United and Star Alliance carriers give us ID95"s
Call me cynical if you wish, but I believe the reality of trying to non rev when load factors everywhere are at all time highs will be quite discouraging to the new hires.
"Having said that", "welcome aboard, rookies"
You are in for quite an experience.
And there are many better companies to have gone to work for, and better airlines too, but welcome to our nightmare and to our one big unhappy dysfunctional family.
Please keep us posted as to how you perceive things as you progress.
Good luck and be safe, the ramp is an extremely hazardous and dangerous workplace.

DAL,UAL,NWA,AA,CO,SWA and the list goes on....and on...and on.Thank you.
Which other airlines would be better?
Does this apply to mainline employees on leave?MOST STAR ALLIANCE carriers HAVE ZEDS, ONLY UNITED who is not on the ZED program gives us I-95 and that is for the EMPLOYEE, SPOUSE and dependants.
