Any ramp agents from IAD?

I got my face to face interview on Monday... just tryna get a feel on what it's like on that ramp and working Southwest

Is the mandatory overtime that bad?

I'm 3 years former LUS Ramp

Are you trying to be employed by Southwest Airlines the company itself or are you interviewing for a contract company that works the ramp for Southwest? I thought the ramp for Southwest in IAD was done by a contractor.

It's company... I had my interview today at 11, discussed the 6 month probation and attendance as well.. I will be Full-time as well if I'm hired
