Kindly review the IAM's new contract at United Ground.
Wow this pathetic! What happens to healthcare if/when the ACA changes or goes away and bronze plans no longer exist?
You realize part-time employees at Aldi start today at $14/hr which is the top out for this pathetic CBA?
When and how was the IAM certified at UGS? And which district does this report up through?
They are in the Grand Lodge. Not in any District. As bad as some districts are, nobody from that particular group would have signed such an agreement without bodily harm from his/her coworkers.
The IAM was certified when United management told the NMB that it would voluntarily recognize the IAM to represent all of the UGS employees. The contract was signed prior to the recognition, just like at McGee. There was no negotiations, it was a sweetheart deal. The IAM also said that UGS would never be in cities that United mainline abandoned its members previously. But MKE and some other stations that were sCO are now with UGS where mainline used to work. Sad. Yea, and those $14 pay raises after 10 years can be cut. Read the language right below the compensation. It says that the company can decrease the wage scales and wages as it sees fit if it first gives a reason to the IAM.
When did MKE switch over to UGS? I know it was a ZW station forever. Wondering if any of the (then) super senior people stuck around.
Mike Kleem sucks hard company dik is what I've been hearing most people at United want him in jail for corruption with his board
United got Kleem pied
IAM = WORTHLESS
Criminals in cheap suits. In house and not affiliated with the AFLCIO is the only way. Machinists and ramp can hire better legal people than entitlement D.C. assholes can. DO IT! Use your own ballot box and get them off your property.
all the IAM has been looking to do at UGS and McGee is to get dues payers.
