Jim Schear went to Philly today to clean house. Get rid of anyone not doing their jobs. Why doesn't he start with Al Crellin. I'm sure that this is Al's cover his a## plan. This company is doomed because they tend to ignore the real causes.....Lack of leadership, vision and mission.


It's only a matter of time, but go ahead Jim and pass the buck. You see it all starts at the Crystal Palace....and until that's recognized things will never change.

Im sure we'll see lots of A$$ covering thru the halls of Crystal Palace in the coming days. Lots of flunky's being sent out in the fields to take care of the problems. Just going thru the motions. I dont think anyone really expects any changes or any discipline taken against anyone. If anything after it's all said and done, fault will be placed on some junior manager at PHL, he'll be fired, and things continue just as before.
